PhraseMine ("we," "us," or "our") is headquartered in the State of Delaware, USA. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our market research platform.
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. Authentication is handled via email and password, magic link, or email one-time passcode.
We store the research briefs you submit, AI-generated search queries, search results, and any notes or excerpts you save within the platform.
PhraseMine analyzes publicly available Reddit conversations (posts and comments) that are freely accessible to anyone on the internet without logging in. We do not access private messages, restricted communities, login-required content, or any individual user account data. No content behind authentication or paywalls is accessed or stored.
To deliver our research capabilities, PhraseMine relies on a proprietary pipeline that involves several categories of external processing:
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service as described above.
PhraseMine uses only essential cookies required to maintain your authentication session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.
Your research data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (including research sessions, briefs, queries, collected thread content, and analysis results) is permanently deleted via cascade deletion. There is no recovery after account removal.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
PhraseMine is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of PhraseMine after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
